Flag carrier Philippine Airlines and Globe Telecom announced yesterday a renewed partnership which will allow frequent PAL flyers to convert their Mabuhay Miles to Globe Rewards.
PAL Mabuhay Miles members can now convert their miles to Globe Rewards points (and vice-versa). Every 2,000 miles is now worth P400, your 1,500 miles P300, and 1,000 miles P200 with Globe’s 1 point-to-1 peso conversion.
Subsequently, members would then be able to use their Globe Rewards points as cash to purchase items such as movie tickets, electronics, food, and even car fuel from partner merchants such as clothing brand Bench, fast-food chain KFC, and mobile phone store Memo Xpress which has just joined the growing number of Globe Rewards merchants. Existing merchants include Ayala Malls Cinemas, Figaro Coffee, Wendy’s, Sunglass Hut, Enchanted Kingdom, Rose Pharmacy, and Petron.
PAL Mabuhay Miles members just need to ring 855-8888 (Manila) or (032) 340-0191 (Cebu) to convert their miles to Globe Rewards points. They can also visit the Mabuhay Miles Service Center at Makati. An SMS will be sent to indicate that the points has been credited to the member’s phone number.
Redemption of Globe Rewards at partner merchants can be done by sending BUY<space>MOBILE NUMBER OF MERCHANT e.g. 9171234567<space>AMOUNT to 4438.

Has anybody here in pinas got the update for one x+?
It's been rolled out in Taiwan and Europe only for now.
All I can say, is I really love HTC.. especially now Iron Man is the endorser.
Any plans of seeding it globally? Argh, kinda tired of waiting.
I don't have any idea. I heard it's been released in Europe too. I guess Asia will follow soon enough.
