Samsung Electronics Phils. Corporation (SEPCO) has officially launched and presented this year’s highly anticipated GALAXY Note II in the country.
The Samsung GALAXY Note II, which was announced back in August at IFA 2012, packs some serious punch. It is filled in with powerful innards that just probably makes it the best Android smartphone to date. It flaunts a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD screen in the 16:9 aspect ratio. Powering this phablet is a 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor coupled with a 2GB of RAM, and a 3,100 mAh battery capacity. An 8 Megapixels shooter is to handle your camera needs, with a 1.9 Megapixel one on the front.
There are features that makes the GALAXY Note II a unique device — it has a really excellent multitasking capabilities, you can run two apps at the same time with the Multi Window feature, and then there’s the Popup Play. Some other features include the Air View which lets users peek at something, say the thumbnails in a video when hovering the S Pen over the progress bar. There’s the Easy Clip which lets people directly crop photos from the active screen just by holding down the button on the S Pen and drawing what they’ll crop.
The Samsung GALAXY Note II will be available starting October 20 and will have a suggested retail price of P32,990. If you’re planning to get one, you might as well drop by their consumer launch at the SM Mall of Asia on the same date.
